New Spots Open at Camp Workroom Social
I've got a little Camp Workroom Social update for you, last week Jennifer emailed to let me know that she was adding 2 spots to my Patternmaking class at Camp. My class closed really quickly and one of the additional two spots is already gone, so if you missed out and still want to jam with us at camp you may want to head over and nab it. *Updated to add that my the additional spot filled and my class is now closed. Can't wait to see you all there!
In other Camp Workroom Social related news, there are a very limited amount of spots open in other classes:
The first is Dressmaking with Christine Haynes. She's only got a few spots left in her class for the Emery Dress. Whether you're just getting into dressmaking or you've been doing it for a while, you'll learn so much from Christine. While I was teaching at Fancy Tiger a few weeks ago we spent a good 15 minutes discussing how Christine is basically the best sewing teacher out there. She's got crazy skills, an amazing line of sewing patterns, and she's a multiple book author. She's also a total sweetheart who I'm super excited to finally meet in person!
Jennifer just added 2 additional spots to Melissa Watson's Fit for your Body and Style class where you'll learn Palmer/Pletsch's tissue fitting method. You can read more about the class here. *Melissa's additional spots are now filled and her class is closed.
Finally Sewing Fashion for Kids with Erin Proud of Brooklyn Pattern Co. has a few spots. Not only will you be making a children's garment from one of her patterns but Erin will also walk you through some basic techniques you can use to create custom patterns for your children!
