fall in the northwoods

Just got back from a 4-day trip up north to the cabin. It was just what I needed after the chaos of finishing the fall/winter collection. We spent a lot of time driving around looking for animals but unfortunately I think we were a bit late in the season for any bear. We did see deer, wild turkeys and the white deer though. We also found a new beaver dam thanks to one of my dad’s friends so we’re going to check that out more closely in the spring. I haven’t seen a beaver or bear in a few years so next spring I am definitely going to try to find them!
