bread is back

 

Finally, a gluten free bread recipe that tastes like bread!! Good bread, bread that holds up against regular bread. My most used food phrase since going gluten free is “Luke taste this, is it good, or gluten free good?” That is a sad sad phrase. This recipe, on the other hand, doesn’t need that at all.

I got this recipe from my personal bread heroes, the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day people. I know, I know, there’s been a small obsession with them going on over here for a while, but srsly their bread is quick, easy and good. 

Here’s the recipe for their gluten free boule and a video on how to make it as well. If you’re going to try this bread, definitely give the video a watch. They bake the bread differently; I followed the instructions in the video. They also have links to turn this recipe into naan as well as a recipe for a gluten free baguette. I haven’t tried either of these yet, but when I do I’ll let you know. To me the naan equals pizza dough!

Here we have either the smallest loaf of bread or the largest jar of nutella. I’m not telling! Now I’ve got to get back to nursing my cold by watching season 1 of Murder, She Wrote, drinking crazy amounts of tea and knitting glove mittens or whatever those are called.
