I’ve never cooked beets, though we order them frequently when out and devour them at friend’s houses so a few nights ago we decided it was high time and I tried out a loose beet recipe from Heather of Well-Crafted. These beets were so tasty, and inspired a lively dinner conversation which had us laughing till we were crying + choking. I took a few photos but only one survived, the one Luke took on his fancy camera but sadly it’s stuck on there (I accidentally deleted mine), so I borrowed these from Heather. Do you guys have any other beet recipe recommendations for me?
